All rooms are equipped with a television and a free of charge wireless internet connection for these who wish to bring their devieses. Next to them there is a shared toilet and a shared bathroom where you can either take a shower or have a bath. Allthough all rooms include only breakfast, the hospitable landlady is happy to offer you dinner on request.

For the smokers, it's worth mentioning, small twin room has a balcony. Please note, that smoking is only allowed on the balcony of that room and not in any other places.

4worldlovers: Our pre-war house was build in 1920 and is situated on the edge of the center in one of the most beautiful quiet and green streets of Rotterdam. Beautiful, comfortable, spacious. Located on the ground floor and first floor. Close to the Central Station and public transportation. This home is about as comfy as it gets!

- Zentrumsnahe Lage und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Das B&B ist sehr ruhig und angenehm, da es nur über 2 großzügige Zimmer verfügt. Die Zimmer sind mit Bedacht ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst und uns wohlgefühlt. Das geschichtsträchtige Haus ist ein Unikat mit vielen Hinweisen auf seine Geschichte. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, außergewöhnlich gut und lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder. -

Exactly as described - with lots of thoughtful things provided by a host who travels. The bed is very comfy - not too soft or too hard and lovely linen. Windows that open. Excellent individual control central heating. Generous breakfast & great coffee. Great location close to the Central Train station & loads of good places to eat with in 10-15mins walk. And Simone is friendly and kind and happy to share her local knowledge. -

Een mooie locatie in centraal Rotterdam. Prachtig pand en een ruime kamer. Het bed was goed, een fijn matras, goed dekbed, we hebben heerlijk geslapen. Ruime badkamer en wc op de gang, alles zag er netjes uit. Een lekker ontbijt met vers brood, croissants fruit en yoghurt. Thee en koffie kun je maken op je kamer. Echt goed verzorgd!

Simone's place was spacious and sparkling clean and fully equipped. We had a good breakfast. A very clean shower is within the bedroom with all required amenities and the private bathroom is just in the hallway next to the bedroom. We enjoyed our stay there a lot ^^ -

De gastvrijheid: een heerlijke cappucino bij aankomst, uitgebreide informatie, flesje wijn, heerlijk ontbijt. Ik voelde me enorm welkom en verwend!

Sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber, reibungslose Kommunikation, tolles Frühstück im Preis inbegriffen. Die Lage und (kostenpflichtige) Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Hause fanden wir auch gut. In wenigen Gehminuten gelangt man zur nächsten Tram, zum Bahnhof oder zu Essensmöglichkeiten.
